GeoCentral General Information & Terms

ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Notice: GeoCentral strives to provide products in compliance with what is represented in our catalog. However, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many GeoCentral raw materials, variation will occur.

Minimum Opening Order: $150.00 per destination. $100 Reorder per destination.

Freight: Free freight on orders over $1000.00 if invoice is paid within terms. Order must ship to destination within contiguous United States.

Terms: Credit card on initial order. Net 30 days upon approval of credit. Invoice to be paid 30 days from invoice date. Any invoice not paid within terms will be subject to a late fee. Delinquent accounts will be charged for collection fees. GeoCentral accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard & American Express. Proforma for export accounts.

Prepaid Orders: Payment must include shipping/handling charges. For UPS ground service to Ohio, add 6%; other states, 8%, except HI and AK. For postal service to HI, AK, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands, call for freight estimate.

New Accounts: All new accounts must supply GeoCentral with a signed Credit Application including a minimum of 3 trade references and one bank reference, account numbers, address and telephone numbers. Please allow 4-6 weeks for credit clearance. F.O.B. Mason, Ohio.

Returns-Damages-Shortages: Any damage or breakage to your merchandise upon receipt of shipment must be reported immediately to the carrier. Please retain all packaging material for the carrier’s inspection and file a damage claim directly with the carrier. GeoCentral is not responsible for any damage after receipt by customer’s freight forwarder. Any damages or shortages must be reported to GeoCentral within 5 days of receipt. GeoCentral charges a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise. Additionally, customer is responsible for freight charges on refused merchandise, including any return freight charges from carrier. No returns will be accepted unless prior authorization has been obtained from GeoCentral. Product must be in original packaging and be in resellable condition. Product that has been customized can not be returned.

Returned Checks: There is a $25 fee for any check returned by the bank as unpaid.

Back orders: Terms and pricing of original orders will apply to all back orders.
